We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation of recent hires
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Assist in preparing HR documents (offer letters, contracts, policies)
Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
Support performance management and training initiatives
Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related field
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
