Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, plan engaging content, and drive brand growth across digital platforms. The candidate should understand trends, storytelling, and performance metrics to create impactful social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop and implement social media strategies for different brands and industries.
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
Content Planning & Execution
Coordinate with designers and content creators for posts, reels, and stories.
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
Platform Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Schedule posts and maintain posting consistency.
Trend & Campaign Ideation
Identify trending formats, reels, and viral opportunities.
Create innovative campaign ideas to increase engagement and reach.
Client Coordination
Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback, and campaign planning.




Maintain smooth communication between clients and the internal creative team.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Prepare monthly social media reports and insights.
Influencer & Community Management
Coordinate with influencers when required.
Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & social media algorithms
Knowledge of content marketing and digital trends
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and boosting strategies
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

Preferred Skills
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
Basic understanding of performance marketing
Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
