Job Description (JD) – Operations Executive (Maintenance & Materials)

Job Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the dental clinic by managing facility and equipment maintenance, procuring dental materials and consumables, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with vendors to ensure uninterrupted clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of dental chairs, compressors, X-ray units, and other clinic equipment.
Ensure timely availability of dental materials, instruments, consumables, and medicines.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock to avoid shortages.
Raise purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
Maintain inventory, maintenance, and procurement records.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to understand daily material requirements.




Ensure proper storage and handling of dental materials and instruments.
Liaise with service providers for equipment servicing and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, infection control, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare monthly inventory and maintenance reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management or any other related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, inventory, procurement, or maintenance, preferably in a dental clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
