Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of food safety regulations such as FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.
Experience in conducting food safety audits and inspections.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Certification in food safety auditing (e.g., Lead Auditor certification) is preferred.
