Job Summary:
Operator Trainee will be trained to operate production machines, follow work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support daily production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
Perform machine loading, unloading, and basic operating activities.
Follow production targets and quality requirements.
Inspect products and report defects to supervisors.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Follow safety rules and company policies.
Assist senior operators and production team members.
Maintain production records and reports.
Support preventive maintenance activities by reporting machine issues.
Skills & Requirements:
ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
Positive discipline and teamwork skills.
Freshers/Degree can apply.
