Role Overview

As a Sales & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with workspace partners, managing leads, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and website leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable coworking, managed office, or virtual office solutions.
Coordinate property visits and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
Coordinate with workspace partners for pricing, availability, and documentation.
Support the sales team in closing deals.
Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales coordination.




Assist with operational tasks, documentation, and daily reporting.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred Candidates
Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
Fresh graduates looking to build a long-term career in sales and operations.
