We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Field Sales to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, meeting clients across Delhi NCR, promoting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and identify potential customers across Delhi NCR.
Conduct field visits to meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Present solar products and rooftop solar solutions to prospective customers.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, dealers, and installers.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide excellent post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Share market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback with the management team.

Eligibility Criteria
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales (experience in the Solar industry will be preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of solar rooftop systems and renewable energy solutions is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive field work.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Mandatory Requirements
Own two-wheeler (Bike).
Valid driving license.
Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
