We are seeking a agile and Freshers Sales Engineer to lead our business development efforts in the electrical panel and automation segment.
Industry: Electrical (LT Panel Manufacturing)
Location: Near City Centre 2, New Town, Kolkata
Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Generate new business opportunities in electrical panels, LT/HT switchboards, and automation solutions.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Attend industry events, exhibitions,
and client meetings to promote the brand and solutions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Solid understanding of electrical panels (PCC, MCC etc.) and automation systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship Management and business development abilities.
Leadership qualities with team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE)/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
