We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, generating leads, and maintaining positive communication with clients.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain company services and offers clearly
Follow up with interested clients
Maintain customer records and call details
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Coordinate with the counseling/sales team

Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and convincing skills
Ability to handle customers politely
Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus
