Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in production or quality supervision
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production / Quality Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure high-quality standards are maintained on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow
Monitor and maintain product quality standards
Coordinate with PPC (Production Planning & Control) team for production scheduling
Ensure proper shop floor coordination and manpower utilization
Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues
Maintain production reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines
