Job description:

Core responsibilities for Modular Furniture Site Supervisor
Team and site management:
Supervise, instruct, and manage installation teams.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Manage in office labor and subcontractors.
Project execution:
Ensure all installations follow approved drawings, design specifications, and client requirements.
Inspect work regularly to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site.
Measure sites to ensure accuracy.
Reporting and administration:
Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to management.
Assist with project closure documentation and billing verification.
Problem-solving:
Resolve any in office issues that arise.




Recommend improvements to procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required skills and qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in Modular site supervision, specifically with modular furniture installation.
Technical knowledge: Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team.
Project management: Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.
Safety awareness: Thorough knowledge of site safety regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:
Modular furniture supervision: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:
50% (Required)
