he HVAC Site Engineer is responsible for the execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination of all HVAC works at site, including Chillers, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, Ducting, Piping, Insulation, Electrical, and Control Systems. The role ensures that the project is completed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and within the scheduled time.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Execution & Supervision
Execute and supervise all HVAC installation activities including chilled water piping, copper piping, ducting, insulation, equipment installation, controls, and testing & commissioning.
Ensure installation works follow approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
Monitor day-to-day site activities to meet targets and maintain quality.

B. Coordination
Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
Attend site meetings with client, consultant, contractor, and internal teams.
Liaise with vendors for material delivery, equipment installation, and commissioning support.

C. Material Management
Prepare material requisitions as per drawings and project requirement.




Verify and inspect materials delivered at site as per approved submittals.
Maintain proper records of inventory, material consumption, and wastage control.

D. Quality Assurance
Ensure work is executed as per ASHRAE standards, ISHRAE guidelines, IS codes, and contract specifications.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance through checklists and quality formats.
Report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.

E. Testing & Commissioning
Ensure proper testing of piping and equipment including:
Pressure Testing
Flushing
Vacuum & Gas Charging
Balancing
Equipment Start-up
Assist OEM teams during commissioning and documentation of results.

F. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, manpower reports, and material tracking sheets.
Maintain documentation for work inspections (WIR), material inspections (MIR) and deviation reports.
Support in preparation of as-built drawings and O&M; manuals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
