We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. Solid communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections professionally and build customer trust.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
