customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely customer support.
Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention.
Assist in achieving customer service and business targets.
Prepare customer feedback reports and suggest service improvements.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
