Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write personalized and high-converting proposals
Communicate with clients and handle follow-ups
Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team
Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversions
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and closures
Maintain proper records of bids, responses, and deal status
Requirements and skills :
- Minimum 1 year experience in Upwork bidding (Mandatory)
- Robust written communication and proposal writing skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile)
- Experience handling international clients
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
