Lab Assistant – Job Description / Responsibilities
Assist instructors and students during laboratory practicals and experiments.
Prepare laboratory equipment, tools, instruments, and materials before practical sessions.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment safely.
Ensure proper storage and availability of tools, components, chemicals, or materials as applicable.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Check equipment regularly and report faults or damaged instruments.
Maintain records of laboratory inventory, equipment, and consumable materials.
Support students in understanding the correct use of laboratory instruments and tools.
Follow laboratory safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Coordinate with faculty/instructors to ensure smooth practical sessions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
