Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects, track all interactions, and report on progress and outcomes using CRM tools and Google sheets
Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and productive operations in expanding into current markets.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports and insights on sales activities, lead generation, and market trends to the business development manager.
Export Documentation:
Creation of export documentation for export shipments as and when required.
Marketing: Attending and exhibiting at different food exhibitions to develop company presence,
generate leads and understand recent market developments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in export markets.
Strong knowledge of international trade, export regulations, and global market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and using CRM tools for lead management.
Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
