Hiring inside sales executive with 1 year plus experience. Graduate in any discipline with positive communication, MS office, Coordination skill required.

Comfortable with english language communication.

● Convert inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins) into confirmed appointments.
● Maintain lead trackers, follow-ups and CRM updates for all recent prospects. Customer Retention & Service
● Ensure an excellent customer experience from first inquiry to ongoing discussion.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
● Collect and act on feedback to continuously improve service quality.
● Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for smooth scheduling and
follow-ups.
● Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling.
● Assist with billing, payments and administrative support.
● Prepare and share daily/weekly sales performance reports.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
