Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding recent employees. Serve as the first point of contact for staff, address daily queries, mediate conflicts, and manage grievances to maintain a harmonious workplace. Ensure company policies align with local labor laws and regulations. Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, administer perks, and assist with payroll processing. Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases and records in the HR Information System (HRIS). Plan employee wellness programs, team-building activities, and coordinate learning initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
