Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in HR operations, attendance management, and employee engagement activities.




Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
