Head Chef

· Control and direct daily food preparation process.

· Thoroughly check the dishes before they reach the customer.

· Managing and working closely with the subordinates.

· Being responsible for food hygiene and safety practices.

· Determining food inventory needs and raw material ordering.

· Prepare the duty roaster and send to executive chef in every week.

· Send daily purchase requirements to executive chef.

· Monitoring kitchen cleanliness, personal hygiene of each staff and quality of food items.

· Responsible for training recent staff in to the required standards.

· Responsible for all the dishes in the menu are made available to the customers daily.

· Daily Staff Briefing.

· Complaint handling and reporting

· And any other additional responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
