Responsibilities
Manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
Generate leads and drive sales through paid advertising.
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
Monitor budgets and prepare performance reports.
Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Agency experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
