ABOUT THE ROLE

CreerMapis an AI mock interview platform built for Indian freshers and campus placement seekers. We're growing fast and looking for someone who lives on Instagram, thinks in Reels, and genuinely wants to learn what paid and organic growth looks like from the inside — not from a textbook.

You'll work directly with the growth team, own real deliverables from day one, and see your content go live to a real student audience across India.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reels production — script, shoot (or brief creators), edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram and YouTube Shorts
Content calendar — plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Hook writing — write first-3-second hooks and captions optimised for scroll-stopping and CTR
Trend research — track what's working in edtech and adjacent categories, bring formats back to CareerMap

YOU'RE A FIT IF
You spend more time studying trending Reels than watching them passively
You can write a hook in 10 seconds and explain why it works
You've run even one boosted post and looked at the numbers after




You're a fresher or final-year student — you understand CareerMap's audience because you are the audience
You have a portfolio — even 5 pieces of content you made for yourself or anyone else

POSITIVE TO HAVE

Experience with Canva, or any video editing tool.

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads — even at surface level.

Basic copywriting — you know how to write for a 20-year-old, not a press release.

Any prior internship in marketing, content, or growth.
