Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a qualified manner.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Understand customer needs, clarify queries, and offer suitable solutions.

Drive sales by identifying opportunities and closing leads.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience:



0 – 3 years (Freshers can apply)

Age: 18 – 30 years

Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge

Working knowledge of MS Excel

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently

Target-oriented and self-motivated
