Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training programs on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) concepts to students and job seekers.
Conduct classroom sessions, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learners' industry readiness.
Develop training plans, learning materials, and maintain training records as per organizational guidelines.
Mentor and guide candidates on employability skills, interview preparation, and career opportunities in the BFSI sector.
Track learner progress, ensure quality training delivery, and support placement-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve training and placement targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
