eduCOBOT is looking for energetic and confident Telemarketing Interns to support our outreach to schools and educational institutions. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and learning about sales, this internship is a great chance to gain real-world experience in the EdTech industry.
No prior telemarketing experience is required. Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Contact schools, educators, and prospective customers via phone.
Introduce eduCOBOT's Coding, Robotics, AI, and STEM education solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Eligibility
Undergraduate students, graduates, or freshers.
Excellent spoken English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM knowledge is a plus).
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn sales and customer engagement.
