Brief Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process excellence, documentation, MIS reporting, and seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to drive continuous operational improvements.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports to support business planning and decision-making.
Ensure accurate documentation, record management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
Monitor operational performance through key metrics and recommend process improvements.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.




Ensure timely execution of operational tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Management, or a related field.
MBA in Operations or a related discipline is preferred.
5–8 years of experience in operations management, process management, or business operations.
Experience in the financial services, broking, or BFSI industry will be an advantage.
Solid understanding of operations management and process optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
Excellent documentation and record management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Knowledge of operational controls, compliance, and process governance.
