We are looking for a skilled Fiber Laser Machine Operator to operate a 3000W CNC Fiber Laser Metal Cutting Machine (Model 2065) for precision cutting of MS, SS, GI, Aluminium, and other sheet metals. The operator will be responsible for machine setup, loading cutting programs, optimizing material utilization through nesting, ensuring dimensional accuracy, maintaining production targets, and performing routine maintenance while following safety and quality standards. Fiber laser operators are typically responsible for CNC setup, parameter selection, quality inspection, preventive maintenance, and protected handling of laser equipment.
Operate the 3000W CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine efficiently and safely.
Load CNC cutting programs and verify job parameters before production.
Set cutting parameters based on material type, thickness, and production requirements.
Select appropriate assist gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Air) as per cutting specifications.
Ensure accurate positioning and clamping of sheet metal.
Read engineering drawings, CAD files (DXF),



and work orders.
Perform sheet nesting to maximize material utilization and reduce scrap.
Monitor cutting quality throughout the production cycle.
Achieve daily production targets with minimum downtime.
Segregate finished parts and scrap materials.
Load and unload metal sheets safely using cranes, vacuum lifters, or other handling equipment.
Identify materials correctly before processing.
Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures.
Clean cutting bed, nozzles, protective lenses, and machine enclosure.
Check coolant/chiller, air pressure, gas pressure, and lubrication systems.
Replace consumables such as nozzles and protective glass when required.
Report electrical, mechanical, CNC, or laser source issues to maintenance.
