Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer with a strong foundation in Laravel, PHP, and Python. Exposure to React.js will be considered a plus. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our senior developers and business teams to design, develop, and maintain applications that support our financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP).
Write clean, secure, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
Work with Python scripts for automation, reporting, or integration tasks.
Contribute to API development and third-party integrations.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Assist in front-end development tasks (React.js exposure is an advantage).
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT,



or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework.
Working knowledge of Python for backend scripts or automation.
Familiarity with React.js (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases.
Understanding of REST APIs, Git version control, and MVC architecture.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Solid communication and documentation skills.
