·Microscopy work in Microbiology and Molecular Biology
·Implementation of Quality control procedures and setting up of monitoring processes of QC for accuracy of reports of samples tested and validation of technical report.
·Maintaining and improving TAT of reports.
·Validation of Molecular Biology, Bacteriology, Mycology & Mycobacteriology reports, Infectious Serology, monitor TAT and handle patient queries.
·Effective inventory control.
·Preparing the lab for audits as applicable e.g. NABL.
·Resolution of customer complaints.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
