Key O&M; Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Actively monitoring systems (SCADA, inverters, machinery) to ensure maximum efficiency, output, and reliability.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Planning and executing scheduled inspections (lubrication, calibration) and fixing equipment breakdowns promptly.
Safety & Compliance: Implementing safety procedures (LOTO), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and adhering to environmental regulations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs, generating daily/monthly performance reports, and updating maintenance records.
Operational Control: Managing daily operations, including startup and shutdown, and managing vendor or contractor repairs.
Resource & Budget Management: Controlling maintenance budgets, reducing cost per unit, and managing spare parts inventory
