We are looking for energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Mahadevpura, Bangalore. This is a 100% office-based, full time role focused on B2B sales. You will be responsible for building a robust database of System Integrators, IT dealers, and distributors, and pitching our premium product range, including Computer Hardware, Mini PCs, and Touch Monitors.

Key Responsibilities

· Database Generation: Research, create, and maintain an organized database of potential System Integrators, IT dealers, and distributors across target regions.

· B2B Outreach: Proactively approach prospective clients daily via professional phone calls, WhatsApp business messaging, and emails.

· Product Pitching: Propose and pitch our product catalog (Mini PCs, Touch Monitors, and Thin client, computer components) to trade partners, highlighting value propositions and bulk pricing.

· Deal Closure: Follow up diligently with leads, handle basic pricing negotiations, share quotations, and close sales orders to meet monthly targets.





· Relationship Management: Maintain healthy, long-term business relationships with dealers and distributors for repeat orders.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

· Education: Graduate in any stream/discipline.

· Experience:
Enthusiastic Freshers with an exceptional interest in sales and an aggressive mindset are welcome.
Candidates with 1+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, hardware sales, or dealer distribution networks will have an advantage.

· Language Skills: English is mandatory (both spoken and written business communication). Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil will be considered a solid added advantage.

· Skills: Excellent communication, strong persuasion skills, persistence, and comfort with a high volume of outbound calling/messaging.

· Working Style: Highly self-motivated and comfortable working in a standard indoor office environment (No field visits required).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
