KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures on patients of all ages.
Home collection of blood samples following proper procedures and safety protocols.
Label and store specimens accurately for
Maintain patient comfort and address concerns during procedures.
Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of equipment
Verify patient identity and maintain accurate records.
Follow infection control and biohazard safety guidelines.
Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample processing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:-
Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic labs.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.CPR/First Aid certification.
REQUIREMENTS:-
Certification in Phlebotomy or relevant healthcare qualification.




Experience as a phlebotomist is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of blood collection techniques and medical terminology.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
