Aqua J1 Technologies is looking for a agile and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to manage showroom sales activities and deliver an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining a professional showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, advantages, specifications, and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Generate and maintain customer inquiry records.
Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the Sales Team Lead and sales team members for follow-ups and closures.
Maintain showroom standards and ensure product displays are presentable.




Update CRM and sales records accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and order processing.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, sales coordination, customer service, or front-office roles.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
Experience in home appliances, electronics, retail, telecom, banking, insurance, or automobile showrooms is preferred.
