The Dishwashing / Kitchen Cleaning Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, washing utensils, dishes, kitchen equipment, and supporting the kitchen team in keeping the work area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
Wash and clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, dried, and stored properly.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, sinks, drains, and work areas.
Remove food waste and dispose of garbage according to hygiene standards.
Refill cleaning materials and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.
Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties when required.
Keep dishwashing area neat, organized, and free from hazards.

Requirements




Ability to perform physical work for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
Punctual, hardworking, and responsible.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Prior hotel or restaurant experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Working Conditions
Standing for long periods.
Exposure to water, detergents, heat, and kitchen workplace.
Rotational shift duties.
