What you'll do
Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience, from initial problem framing to final decision-making and outcome delivery.
Partner directly with senior stakeholders and functional leaders to drive data-informed strategies, translating complex analyses into actionable business insights and firmly establishing the boundaries of data interpretation.
Build and deploy GenAI and agentic AI workflows that meaningfully improve productivity across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience.
Architect and evolve the organization's analytics and intelligence layer into a robust decision-making engine, moving beyond static dashboards to deliver exact, actionable insights at the right level of granularity.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of analytics engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
4+ years of skilled experience in analytics, data science, or AI, with a strong emphasis on rapid learning and advanced reasoning capabilities over mere tenure.
Proven ability to translate vague and ambiguous business challenges into structured, explicit analytical problems
Exceptional diagnostic skills with a focus on root-cause analysis (understanding why something happened) rather than merely descriptive reporting.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex findings to leadership to drive strategic business decisions.
High proficiency in leveraging AI as a force multiplier, including practical experience utilizing LLMs and Agents to accelerate workflows and demonstrating strategic judgment on where AI belongs within analytics processes.
