Job Description

The CS Management Trainee (Intern) will support the Corporate Secretarial team in by assisting with statutory compliances, board processes, legal documentation, and regulatory filings. The role offers hands-on exposure to Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, and LLP matters, along with practical involvement in audits and high-impact projects such as Pre-IPO, fundraising, ESOPs, and corporate restructuring—ideal for aspiring Company Secretaries.

Key Responsibilities -

Compliance Support
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, LLP Act, and other applicable corporate laws.
Support timely preparation and filing of statutory returns and forms.

Documentation & Records
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, resolutions, and filings.
Assist in organizing and maintaining secretarial and compliance documentation.

Board & Committee Meeting Support
Support drafting of notices, agendas, and resolutions for Board and Committee meetings.




Assist in preparation of minutes and post-meeting documentation.

Shareholder & Statutory Communication
Assist in preparation of notices, annual reports, and other statutory communications to shareholders and regulators.

Legal Research & Advisory Support
Conduct legal and regulatory research on corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial matters to support decision-making.

Audit & Specialized Exposure
Gain exposure to Secretarial Audits, FEMA compliances, LLP matters, and SEBI Listing Regulations.
Support ongoing projects related to Pre-IPO, fundraising (FDI/ECB), ESOP implementation, mergers, and corporate restructuring.
