Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to manage and execute café/restaurant interior design projects for QSR outlets. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in interior project execution, vendor coordination, and site supervision, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of café/restaurant interior projects
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, vendors, and contractors
Supervise site work including civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing
Ensure projects are completed as per approved designs, drawings, and timelines
Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and material requirements
Monitor quality, safety standards, and workmanship at site
Handle vendor billing, BOQs, and cost control
Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth handover of outlets
Coordinate with internal teams for store opening timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications




5–8 years of experience in café/restaurant/QSR interior project execution
Strong knowledge of interior designing projects and fit-out works
Hands-on experience in site supervision and vendor management
Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for multiple project locations (if required)

Education
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
Relevant project management certification is a plus
