Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and key clients.
Identify current sales opportunities and generate leads.
Promote company products/services to builder clients.
Conduct client meetings and follow up on inquiries.
Prepare quotations and negotiate deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide market feedback.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
Experience in builder/developer sales preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Solid market knowledge and customer relationship skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹18,851.39 - ₹25,723.37 per month
