Role: Associate Outbound Voice with Cross selling, Lead Generation, Activation & Retention.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about Banks services.

Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit card services, insurance.

Follow a consultative, customer-first sales approach.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.

Share market feedback with the product and marketing teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Graduation (any stream) is mandatory.

Age: 18 to 33 years

Positive communication skills in English.





Fresher and candidates with BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service experience (minimum 6 months) are welcome.

Robust interpersonal skills and sales aptitude are preferred.
