We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage and execute solar projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordination between design, procurement, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Execute solar projects from planning to commissioning
Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
Plan site activities, manpower, and material requirements
Monitor project timelines, quality, and safety standards
Conduct site visits and supervise installation work
Handle client communication and provide regular project updates
Resolve in office issues and ensure smooth project execution
Ensure proper documentation and project closure
Requirements
B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
2–5 years of experience in project execution (solar preferred)
Strong project management and coordination skills
Basic understanding of solar systems and installation processes
Willingness to travel to project sites
Preferred
Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
Knowledge of safety standards and site execution practices
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,994.93 - ₹60,000.00 per month
