About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our finance team. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and reporting while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining financial records and accounting documentation.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare and organize invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries.
Help maintain accurate accounting data in ERP or accounting software.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation (where applicable).
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding financial records.
Perform administrative and other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Familiarity with MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or SAP is an advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Ability to work with deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
Team player with a solid work ethic.
