Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and possess a positive attitude toward lead generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Explain company products/services effectively to prospects.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.

Requirements
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support,



or related fields.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
Robust interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to join immediately will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer interaction is an advantage.
