The ideal candidate will act as a Website Consultant, interacting with international clients, understanding their business needs, and offering suitable web-based solutions while consistently meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sell website solutions to inbound and outbound leads
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website packages
Drive conversions through calls, demos, follow-ups, and negotiations
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales performance
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and conversion targets
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1year of experience in website sales, digital sales,
or outbound sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of websites, digital services, or online business solutions
Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversions
