Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Manage production staff and maintain discipline.
Follow SOPs, GMP, and company policies.
Maintain production records and coordinate with other departments.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, and production processes.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
