About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales function for our premium residential, Commercial and weekend villa projects development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading real estate sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team for residential and weekend villa projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Drive direct sales, channel partner sales, and investor sales.
Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and referral partners.
Handle premium customer interactions and negotiate high-value deals.
Monitor sales pipelines, conversions, inventory movement, and collections.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events,



and lead generation activities.
Conduct regular sales reviews, team training, and performance evaluations.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management presentations.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Candidate Requirements
5–7 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or Team Leader.
Experience in selling residential apartments, plotted developments, weekend villas, or luxury projects.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Positive knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Existing network of channel partners and real estate brokers in Ahmedabad will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
