We are looking for a skilled Press Shop Engineer to handle production activities in the press shop and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day press shop production activities
Operate and monitor mechanical / power press machines
Ensure production targets are achieved
Coordinate with tool room and maintenance teams
Monitor component quality as per drawings
Maintain safety standards on shop floor
Work on productivity improvement and rejection reduction
Requirements
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years experience in Press Shop / Sheet Metal Industry
Knowledge of press tools, dies, and sheet metal operations
Basic understanding of production and quality processes
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of 5S & safety practices
Team handling and coordination
