Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and current customers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/products.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Resolve complaints in a timely and skilled manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and support teams.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and account performance.
Meet customer service and sales targets set by management.
