Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor vehicle sales, inventory accounting, and cost of goods sold.
Reconcile customer payments, vendor accounts, and manufacturer/dealer receivables.
Process payroll and employee reimbursements, if applicable.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Track fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditures.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records in accordance with company policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–8 years of accounting experience,



preferably in the automobile industry.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Experience
Experience in automobile dealerships, vehicle manufacturing, spare parts, or automotive service centers.
Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
