Job Summary

looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a positive understanding of HR processes and labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment portals.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Assist in payroll coordination and employee attendance management.
Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work setting.




Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor laws.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Recruitment and talent acquisition.
Interview coordination and candidate management.
HR documentation and record keeping.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
